Join us for the FINAL EVENT OF PREMIERE, exploring the crossroads of live performance, digital technology, and creative research. Discover the technical solutions developed by our partners over the course of the project, and experience innovative performances and installations first-hand. This evening offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get acquainted with all the tools developed within PREMIERE in a single immersive experience.
Over the past three years, PREMIERE has brought together researchers and artists to explore how AI and XR technologies can support the entire creative lifecycle of the performing arts – from creating and streaming to archiving and analysing. The project has resulted in a range of innovative tools to browse archives, stream performances, transmit knowledge, and co-create dance works.
At the heart of this work is the 3D Virtual Theatre: a shared digital space that brings together all these tools. It not only enables XR streaming of performances but also offers an interactive visualisation tool to explore past performances – including motion, sound, and speech data – in a three-dimensional environment, and showcases the use of the AI Toolbox for dance creation.

– VR Theater experimental theatrical exploration presented by AHK in collaboration with theater maker and puppeteer Ulrike Quade Amsterdam University of the Arts
– PROLOGO d’ENTRATA – NOUS, le RADEAU: An immersive live performance and installation presented by ICK Amsterdam.
Demonstrations
– PREMIERE Documentary – by ARGO Artistic Company
– Archive Desk for performing arts – presented by “Athena” Research Center
